DIRSIG has been developed over the course of over two decades through a combination of internal, commercial and government funding. In agreement with our past and current government partners, DIRSIG is distributed only to users that meet the following requirements:
-
The software is currently available free of charge. However, all users must have attended a DIRSIG Basic Training class (a course fee is involved).
-
The software is currently designated as EAR-99. Hence, the software cannot be used in an embargoed or sanctioned country, used by a prohibited end-user, or used in a prohibited end-use.
-
The software usage is dictated by the DIRSIG End User License Agreement (EULA) agreement.
