Notes This venue is a block from the Dunn Loring / Merrifield station of the DC Metro. If you are flying into DC Regan National Airport, you can take the Metro to the training site. There is a block of rooms reserved for out of town attendees. To reserve one of these rooms (event rate is $159/night vs. the normal $192/night) follow this link or directly call Marriott Reservations at 1(800) 321-2211 or (703) 573-9555 on or before Monday, December 23rd to make reservations. Identify yourself as part of the Rochester Institute of Technology group staying at the "Courtyard Dunn Loring Fairfax".

Attendee Information

  • Please indicate your preference for a computer to use during the hands-on lab sessions.
  • Please note, there are a limited number (16) of supplied computers for courses held outside of Rochester, NY.
  • Requests for a supplied computer are filled on a "first come, first served" basis.
  • Users of supplied computers can store all their work to a DVD, USB, etc. on the last day of the course so that they can take it with them.

If you are paying by credit card, it will be charged on when you register. If you are paying by check, it is expected to be received on Day #1.
