Notes ***IMPORTANT NOTE*** Due to potential challenges imposed by the current U.S. Government shutdown, this training session is subject to cancellation if we do not have enough people registered by November 12, 2025. If you would like to participate in the course, be sure to register within the next two weeks. Please ensure any applicable travel arrangements (airline tickets, hotel room, etc.) are able to be canceled.

This venue is a block from the Dunn Loring / Merrifield station of the DC Metro. If you are flying into DC Regan National Airport, you can take the Metro to the training site. There is a block of rooms reserved for out of town attendees. To reserve one of these rooms (event rate is $179/night vs. the normal $210/night) follow this link or call Marriott Reservations at 1(800) 321-2211 or (703) 573-9555 on or before Thursday, November 6th to make reservations. Please note, there are a limited number (16) of supplied computers for courses held outside of Rochester, NY.
Requests for a supplied computer are filled on a "first come, first served" basis.
Users of supplied computers can store all their work to a DVD, USB, etc. on the last day of the course so that they can take it with them.
